• Bachelor’s degree or higher in natural resource management, marine science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in reef conservation or coastal marine projects within the MAR Region.
• Experience in managing or coordinating small projects.
• Skills in budget management are a must.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in common computer software and digital tools.
• Availability to travel occasionally within the MAR region.
